ODM Secretary General has confronted Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa in an ugly talk fight. Sifuna now claims that Jumwa is not his type and he would not consider to do anything sexual with her. He took to the press to retaliate after Aisha Jumwa had accused ODM for rape threats.
Speaking in a function this weekend, Sifuna deconstructed Jumwa, saying she does not reach the standards of Luhya men.
“As a Luhya, let me tell you that what we do in bed, we choose who we do it with. We go with ‘sweet’ things”, said Sifuna in a conversation that went south.
Earlier, Jumwa had called out ODM leaders, who she claimed had threats of sexually assaulting her. She said she was ready to face it, stating that it will not be the first time.
“Tell them that I am not a virgin(sic). If you want to do it, then you’d better be ready and have enough energy”, Jumwa had said.
While replying to Jumwa’s claims, Sifuna dismissed her allegations, describing how she would not even meet the qualifications for those that rape.
This conversation has sparked a hot debate, with many accusing Sifuna of being a sexist. Nominated senator Millicent Omanga has strongly condemned Sifuna’s speech, terming it as both derogatory and sexist.

However, others have cried of double standards, claiming that Aisha Jumwa started the dirty fight. It is a conversation that shall most likely increase political temperatures.
