Chaos erupted in Nakuru as police engaged with protestors. Matatu operators were grieving their eviction from the Business District. However, their protests turned into chaos after they started engaging in street chase with anti-riot police.
Police used teargas to disperse the rowdy protesters as they. This led to chases all over the town. Consequently, normal business operation was cut short due to the protests. Angry protestors pelted police officers with stones.
