Festive Faith

Faith is like a mustard seed
Yet the mountains doth move in it’s presence
Sometimes we believe
Sometimes we don’t
But faith doth lead in silence
Only when we look back do we see it manifest

When we awake
When we plan
Even the air we breathe
Have molecules embodied with the certainty of being alive
Because Faith, faith is the existence of before and after

Faith is the birth of Jesus
Foretold and revealed,
It is the language that is praise
For 1987 years now,
Faith found home through Mary’s womb,
Through her unspoken,

“I knew because HIS existence in itself was a miracle,
Formed of the Holy Ghost
Born of a virgin
He would be great
Called the son of GOD
Reigning over the house of Jacob
He would be great!
Faith found life through my words, Let GOD’s will be done

I knew because
Faith knows no fear
Faith knows no doubt
Faith is Faithful

I knew because
Elizabeth knew barrenness no more,
I knew because
Her son John the Baptist leaped in the womb at my salutation
I knew because
She called me the mother of her LORD
I knew because Faith found home through my womb”

Faith is like a mustard seed
Yet the mountains doth move in it’s presence
Sometimes we believe
Sometimes we don’t
But faith doth lead in silence

How’s your faith this festive season?
