At times the world may seem an unfriendly and sinister place, but believe that there is much more good in it than bad. All you have to do is look hard enough. and what might seem to be a series of unfortunate events may in fact be the first steps of a journey.
Nakuru Governor is a leaving testimony of this. Having faced several criticisms from both citizens and several leaders from Nakuru county, especially with the recent troubles with matatu sector over the upgrading of the Nakuru town to a city and also considering the 2022 political atmosphere in which he is likely to go head on with Nakuru senator Susan Kihika who is likely to be the DP Ruto camp Tangatanga candidate, Lee have been facing hell in the county.
However, despite the abyss Kinyanjui have been facing, a number of residents and Nakuru county have remained solidified, condensed and compacted with and to him. Some of the leaders who have seen significance, eminence and pre-eminence in Lee’s leadership and have therefore stood with him all the times includes Nakuru County Chief Officer Lands, Housing and Physical Planning Judy Leah Gathoni. Gathoni who’s also the acting municipal manager, Naivasha Municipality, team leader Nakuru Titling program committee, Business lady in Nakuru County and beyond, a member of the Institute of surveyors of Kenya a certified professional mediator(MTI) East Africa, Consultants for TV properties show Kenya and a director of the Aberdare Royal Homes Community.
She also has 15 years of experience in real estate issues; valuation management, agency, feasibility studies, disputes resolutions and gated communities planning and management. Gtahoni has been an inordinate defender of proponent of governor Lee Kinyanjui.
She also ensures that she doesn’t defend the governor by mouthing alone but also through substantial service delivery in her docket. She is known for her tireless work and commitment to the people of Nakuru.
Beatrice Nyawira who is the Director of Political Affairs of the county, is also a salient backer of the governor. Nyawira who is mostly known to be front line in office lendering the service of developments to all the people of Nakuru county government.
She is also vital in defending human rights in the county and also encouraging women leadership. She has severally advocated for unity of women in the county. Beatrice has been in the front line of initiating several women initiative projects. She says that she honours her role as the Director of Political Affairs of the county and will always strive to deliver like her boss governor Lee whom she says development oriented.
Also in the vanguard of Lee’s defense is the Chief Officer Public Health Dr. Samuel King’ori. Dr. King’ori who is applauded for bettering the health sector of the county by many is also known to be an industrious, sedulous and conscientious leader. He is known for his amiable relationship with the governor and has always urged leaders and politicians to give room for Lee to deliver to Nakuru people.
Ultimately on Governor Lee’s adherent is Chief Officer for Environment Muriithi King’ora. Muriithi has led several rehabilitation of the Nakuru County environment and improving the county’s government at large. He has also led to establishing several recreational and tourist sceneries in the county. He is an exponent of Lee Kinyanjui’s administration. He is a subscriber to governor Lee’s development ideologies, a defiant and obstinate who believes in Lee approach to governance.
