PAPA DRUNK AGAIN
Papa did it again
He’s home
Wet as a sponge
Drunk as can be
Stinky as a skunk
Cursing like the devil
But he’s home
Papa has drunk again
Am not sure his poison
Might be plane fuel
He sure has flown home
And He’s home
I bet last time
He drunk tractor fuel
Got home soiled
Like a burrowing hog
But got home
Last week two
Came home all wet
Smelled like rotten apples
Wonder what he drunk
That got him home
Tonight he’s home
Yelling like wedding bells
He’s married to mama pima’s
It gets him home.
One thing I know,
One day it will
One good day tomorrow
One more will kill him
And he never gets home
If not in a coffin.
