Hurdles Trump shall have to skip to beat covid-19

After US  President Trump made it public that he contracted Covid-19, many people came out to wish him a quick recovery. However, there are a few hurdles that surround him, which pose a threat to his recovery. Trump is obviously  receiving the best care that US can ever have. That said, there are a few risk factors surrounding him

President Trump’s age is quite advanced. He is 74 years of age and this alone is a cause for alarm. According to Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious disease specialist at Vanderbilt University, Trumps age, weight and gender put him in a higher-risk group for a severe infection.

He is 74, he’s hefty and he’s male, and those three things together put him in a higher-risk group for a severe infection. Although he is being watched meticulously and may well do fine for a few days, he is not out of the woods, because people can crash after that period of time. This is a very sneaky virus. Already, Trump is receiving extra-ordinary care at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda. They are administering a concoction of an antibody which has been working on other patients. He is also taking tones of minerals and vitamins.

Health Risk

However, it is impossible to determine the risk on Trump. This is due to the virus’ behavior on different patients. Some become asymptomatic while others experience wild  symptoms. Some patients take terrible turns that plunge them toward death in days.

According to Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the government’s top infectious disease expert, they have to be humble and expect anything from this disease, as it has diverse symptoms on different people.

Trump’s refusal to wear mask can also lead him to exposure to more concentrated virus. If he became infected while his face was uncovered, he may have been exposed to a greater concentration of virus, which also raises his risk for severe disease, according to experts who have not examined him but were able to speak generally about patients like him.

Trump’ s health condition has always remained a mystery. He has never released  complete medical reports like previous US presidents. However he has always boasted of having ‘exellent’ physical condition.
