DOES IT MATTER
Does it matter
What puts a man up
Above the whole lot
Could be the rubbish pit
Or lines so faint
Between thief and honest.
Does it matter
What brings a man down
When he feel up above
Could be a boda
Could be a chopper
They all get a shocker
Does it matter
Why a girl loves
And a man she pursues
Be it how the car revs
How the wallet opens
Or how he rides the horse
Does it matter
Why love fails
Hearts do break
Some drink rat poison
Others just walk on
Ad life takes a new turn
It does matter
The what we do
The smile we inspire
The pain we cause
The profit we gain
The hearts we touch
Comes round at us.
